Exchanges and Returns

You can return your order up to 14 days after receipt and we will make sure the purchase amount is in your account within five business days of receiving the return. Simple returns in three easy steps:

Step 1: Fill out the return form - download the return form here and fill it out completely.

Step 2: Send your order - Send the goods together with the completed return form to the address on the return form. Make sure to include a Track & Trace code on the parcel. As the sender, you are responsible and we don't want any misunderstandings to occur.

Step 3: Receive the purchase amount in your bank account - Once we have received the parcel, we will make sure the purchase amount is in your bank account within five business days
