What happens after I have placed my order?
You will receive an order confirmation at the email address provided. Check your spam inbox if you have trouble finding it in your inbox.
All orders are dispatched within 1 day from our warehouse.
What happens if I have entered the wrong address?
If you see an error in the address you have entered, please contact us immediately. Use the subject ‘URGENT’ so we can correct it before it is dispatched. If a parcel cannot be delivered due to an ‘incomplete address’, we unfortunately cannot offer compensation for this issue.
How can I track my order?
You will receive a dispatch confirmation email and a tracking number once your products have been dispatched. Please note that tracking can take between 2 - 4 days to be updated, so please be patient.

We are a small company, but we work with logistics partners around the world to be able to ship to more countries at an affordable price. This enables us to offer our customers a good price-quality ratio.
Lost or stolen orders
Ella Fashion accepts no responsibility for lost or stolen items that have been confirmed as delivered by the courier. The company does not compensate for orders that the courier has confirmed as delivered and which have been reported as lost or stolen.
